For all services below I will need a completed consent form and health history questionnaire sent a week before our first session (except for the introductory call). You'll only need to do this once. So once you get in touch I will email you the forms in readiness for our first session.

I work online using Microsoft Teams and I will ensure to send you a video link to your email address 24 hours before our session. Please ensure you are in a confidential space so you can speak freely and comfortably.

I will receive your email and aim to get back to you in 48 hours. We will then arrange a mutually convenient time to have our first session.

 

The total cost of the package is outlined below but I will submit invoices after each session or one invoice for the total cost of the package according to your preference.
